30th Annual Banquet & Auction

Join us for our largest event of the year! Our 30th annual Banquet and Auction is coming up on Saturday, May 2nd!

The Banquet’s Big 3-0. Join the Celebration!

For 54 years, Five Valleys Land Trust has protected the lands, water, wildlife and western Montana lifestyle that define our region. For 30 of those years, our annual Banquet & Auction has brought our community together to make that work possible. Together, we’re shaping the future of conservation for generations to come.

Our Banquet includes an exciting silent and live auction, a delicious dinner, and the opportunity to mingle with friends and neighbors while raising the funds needed to protect and steward this extraordinary place.

FAQs and Details:

* Doors will open at 5:00pm

* All attendees' names will be on file - no physical ticket required!

* Please enter via the Adams Center's main doors and proceed to check in. Couples should check in together.

* The bars will be no cash/no check, but will accept most electronic payment methods.

Parking:

Guests should park in lots P, P-1, Z, Y and W. P1 is the lot with the drop off zone just South of the Montana Museum of Art and Culture. There is no charge for parking.

Want to avoid parking and receive a free drink? Sustainably commute (walk/bike/carpool/etc.) and mention it at check-in to receive a free drink ticket!

Meals and Drinks:

This year’s meal options include:

· Omnivore Entrée: Cowboy Crusted 6oz Top Sirloin with Tangy Country Glaze with Garlicky Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and a Medley of Butternut Squash, Green Beans, Dried Cranberries and Pecans.

· Pollotarian Entrée: 6oz Grilled Airline Chicken Breast with Apricot, WholeGrain Mustard Sauce with Garlicky Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and a Medley of Butternut Squash, Green Beans, Dried Cranberries and Pecans

· Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Entrée: Crispy Quinoa cakes with hummus and chickpea, tomato relish with Garlicky Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and a Medley of Butternut Squash, Green Beans, Dried Cranberries and Pecans

All entrees are served with salad, bread, and dessert. And, we will have appetizers during the silent auction.

Please note, the bar operates as a no cash/no check bar. They will accept most electronic payment methods including: all debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.
